Who can raise support tickets?

Anyone from a reseller or customer with a direct support relationship with VIA. You do not need to be registered with our support desk to raise a ticket. As long as you are raising a ticket in relation to a VIA customer (direct or via a reseller), we will respond to your request.

Any end user that purchases a Skype for Business client license through a reseller does not have access to the VIA support desk. First and second line support should be handled by the reseller of the product.
