Delegate Access

To allow other users to arrange Skype for Business meetings on your behalf, you need to allow them access as your delegate in both Outlook & Skype for Business.

Skype for Business - Navigate to Tools, then options and "Call Forwarding".

Click "Edit my delegate members".

Outlook - Navigate to File, Accounts Settings, then "Delegate Access".

You can now add members to your Outlook delegates.

 

To set-up delegate access in Skype for Business (SFB) for Mac:

  1. On the Contacts tab, search for the contact you want to add as a delegate.
  2. Right-click the contact to show the available contact options. (Or click the person's photo to show the contact card.)
  3. Select the Groups icon (icon.png), and then select My Delegates.
