Media Files provide the voice to inbound callers so they can receive instructions for an IVR or for leaving a voicemail.
To upload a media file, navigate to Setup then Media, select Upload File. Browse for the file on your PC and upload. Depending on your connection and the size of the file, this may take a short while. Please be patient whilst we upload the file to our cloud.
The files must be unencrypted .wav or .mp3 files. The encoding does not matter as we will encode the files for you once uploaded.

Simply click the audio file to hear the message played through your browser.
