Testing your Skype for Business Password

If you’re having issues logging into the Skype for Business client, please try the following:

Try logging into the portal https://portal.via.co.uk and sign in with your username and password.

If your account does login that would mean there is an issue with the machine or Skype for Business client and your IT Support team can help with this.

If your account doesn’t log in, then we would recommend performing a Password Reset
