Exchange needs your credentials.

As your Skype for business and email accounts are separate, the client will ask for exchange credentials, so the two accounts can communicate with each other. If you see the bar near the top, click on ‘Enter Credentials’ and input your email and email password into the appropriate fields and should then be synced to your email account.

Note: Enter your EXCHANGE/EMAIL/OUTLOOK credentials, not your Skype for Business credentials. If the box re-appears, you have gotten the credentials wrong.
