Calls consistently dropping after 1-2 minutes

If inbound and outbound calls are disconnecting after a few minutes, make sure that there isn’t two Skype for Business accounts signed into the computer you are using, this can be done by using the switch user functionality within the Windows operating system.

Multiple accounts signed into the same computer can cause multiple issues.
