Setting an Outbound CLI

Note: An unassigned number or a number assigned to a call route can only be used for an Outbound CLI

If the user's DDI needs to be set to be masked as an alternative number, such as the main telephone number, this can be set on the portal, going to set up and then selecting Outbound CLI under the call routing section.

Then click on the Create Outbound CLI, select the telephone number that it needs to be set to and add the user's to the list and then click save.

Once set, when the user makes an outbound call, this will be masked as the number selected.
