Supervisor Dashboard Customisation

The VIA Contact Centre Supervisor Dashboard can be customised to show agent status times. Each of the below status' can have the time in state enabled or disabled:

  • Logged Out
  • Available
  • On a break
  • Busy
  • Extended wrap up

Security Role Requirements

A user with the supervisor role can edit the wallboard customisation settings.

Scope of Customisation

Changes to the wallboard are applied across the whole organisation.

To Change what Times are Displayed

  1. Load the supervisor dashboard

  2. At the top right, click settings

  3. For each status type, toggle the tick box either on or off

  4. Click Save

  5. The times are now displayed for the selected statuses
