The VIA Contact Centre Supervisor Dashboard can be customised to show agent status times. Each of the below status' can have the time in state enabled or disabled:
- Logged Out
- Available
- On a break
- Busy
- Extended wrap up
Security Role Requirements
A user with the supervisor role can edit the wallboard customisation settings.
Scope of Customisation
Changes to the wallboard are applied across the whole organisation.
To Change what Times are Displayed
- Load the supervisor dashboard
- At the top right, click settings
- For each status type, toggle the tick box either on or off
- Click Save
- The times are now displayed for the selected statuses
