Call Route Time Zones

VIA Portal update 2019.1 introduced the Time Zone feature for each Call Route.

 

When you create a new Call Route or edit an existing one you will see a drop-down box along the top which allows you to set a Time Zone for this Call Route (default is UK time).

 

 

This allows Time Zones to be set on each Call Route so that Time Conditions can be set in the local time.
